What is Xero Me?
Xero Me is a self‑service app for employees. It lets you quickly check your payslips, see your leave balances, request time off and submit timesheets, all in one place. Using Xero Me means you can access what you need, when you need it.

How to use Xero Me
Dive into the practical, day‑to‑day use of the Xero Me app as an employee. Find out how to log in, explore your dashboard, find payslips, request leave, and update timesheets. You’ll learn how to submit requests, check approvals, and keep key details up to date, so you can confidently manage your own work and pay information in one place.

Access and explore Xero Me
Click here to log in to your Xero account on your phone or web browser, then take a few minutes to explore the Pay, Leave, Timesheets, and Personal Details tabs so you can see where key information lives.
Check your latest payslip
Navigate to the Pay tab and open your most recent payslip. Review details like pay period, gross pay, net pay, tax, and any deductions, and if you need to make any changes, contact your employer or payroll admin.
Explore your leave balances and requests
Go to the Leave tab to view your current leave balances and any upcoming or past leave requests. Practise starting a new leave request so you’re confident about the steps, then cancel it before submitting if you’re just exploring.
Create a sample timesheet
Open the Timesheets tab and practise creating a new timesheet for a recent or current pay period. Add a few entries using different earnings rates (and tracking categories if your organisation uses them).
Review and update your personal details
Select your profile or user icon, then go to Personal details. Check that your contact details and address are correct, update any editable fields that need changing, and note any view-only fields you’d need to ask your employer or payroll admin to update for you.
