This course is aimed at accounting and bookkeeping practices that are looking to digitise their client and job management tasks in order to boost practice efficiency. It is particularly beneficial for practices that have previously relied on spreadsheets to manage jobs and tasks.
We recommend that practices with up to 150 clients and 10 staff members follow the self-implementation route of setting up XPM.
While this course can be completed by practices that don't necessarily fit the above criteria, if your practice has requirements that go beyond the topics covered in this course, it may be better to consider alternative implementation routes such as workshops or third-party implementation specialists.
